In our view there is only one thing that matters more than anything else – having the right photograph, the one you want, on the mantelpiece or hanging on the wall. This image captures that moment, that stage or transition and it has to be right.
There are other factors in play of course. Having pleasant highly professional photographers to take time in capturing wonderful images of you and your guests, getting those prints and frames as quickly as possible, all these things matter too, but if these things were all done but your prints are disappointing when they arrive at your door, they count for nothing.
